BPD Weekly Info 9/10/2017


​​Hello Parents,


Fall Drumline T-Shirts
The Blue BPD shirts will be in mid-next week.  Once I pick them up I will send out a remind and a FB message regarding pickup.  My plan is to be in the small band hall on Thursday after school for parents to pick them up and pay for them.


Indoor Fees
If you are on the 7 month plan, your September payment is now due. The total amount is $350 for the 1st month.  If you are on the 10 month plan, your September payment is $192.50 (if you are current).  Payments are due by September 15th.  
Please plan to pay in a timely manner, as we are already beginning to plan and pay out certain expenses for our indoor season.  You can bring payment to the t-shirt pickup night or mail them to:


If you need to know your current balance or want your student's statement, please let me know.  Those of you who have already paid, thank for the month, thank you!

Drumline Parent Meetings
Our next parent meeting is scheduled for Tuesday, September 19th at 6:30pm in the Black Box through Door 10.  Our meeting going forward will be the 3rd Tuesday of each month, unless Mr Spoon has a conflict.  This will help us all be able to plan for the season/year.  


SnapRaise - ONE WEEK AWAY
Our SnapRaise campaign is 1 WEEK away beginning on September 18th.  Please make sure you send your student to school on Monday, September 18th with their list of 20 emails and their smartphone.  


BPD PICTURES FOR OUR ANNUAL SLIDESHOW
As we are all beginning to take pictures of our students and our group, please share those photos through the  App called "Cluster".  They have an app for Iphone/Android.  The top link is for 2017-18 Seniors and the bottom link is for all students. The more pictures John has to work with, the better our slideshow will be at the end of the year.   Also, senior parents, please upload pictures of your kids from all years in the program and any other special pictures you may have. 




FUNDRAISING
4th Annual Fall Garage Sale - November 11th 5am-2pm

Please keep any items you would donate for this event.  Also, reach out to friends and family for goodies.   Please make sure it is in decent condition for the event.  Last year, we dealt with an entire truckload of items that went to the trash.  

Alliance Air Show 
October 28th and 29th (8am-5pm)

We have submitted our registration form for this event.  We will need 14 people each day (8am-5pm) to meet their requirements. In additon, our volunteers will need to be 21 or older.   This year we will each need to fill out an individual registration form prior to arrival.  Click here for the form.
