Below is the information for the week.  A few items require action to be taken, so please read carefully.


BATTERY ONLY PERFORMANCE - 

Lakeview Fellowship Fall Festival
Wednesday, October 26th - 5:30pm-8pm.  
Mr Spoon has coordinated a plan with the kids for this. 


WGI PREVIEW NIGHT!

Saturday, October 29th @ 5pm
Dickson Rd, Ft Worth 76179

Our next social event is this Saturday at the Betts residence.  With marching season coming to a close, we are getting prepared and hyped for Indoor season.  We will reveal the name of our Indoor show this night as well as watch many WGI performances to show the students what to expect going into Indoor. 

This event will be outdoors in the Betts' Barn, so dress is weather appropriate. This will be a potluck dinner event.  All students and parents are welcome!

FUNDRAISING

BPD Garage Sale and Bubb Fundraiser 
Saturday, November 5th:  

Both events are being held on the same day.  The garage sale will begin at daylight and the Bubb works in conjunction with garage sale!  Please keep all your donations.  We will have a drop of time on Friday, November 4th at the school.  

ACTION REQUIRED:  

  • GATHER ALL YOUR DONATIONS
  • ASK OTHERS FOR THEIR DONATIONS (People are always cleaning out the "clutter")
  • SHARE OUR DROP OFF TIMES FOR ANYONE THAT CAN BRING THEIR "TRASH" DIRECTLY TO US
  • DROP OFF ITEMS FOR GARAGE SALE IN THE SMALL BAND HALL
    •     THURSDAY, NOVEMBER 3RD, 4:30PM-8PM 
    •     FRIDAY, NOVEMBER 4TH, 4:30PM - 6:30PM
    •     SATURDAY, NOVEMBER 5TH, 6AM - 8AM
  • SIGN UP TO HELP ON SATURDAY, NOVEMBER 5TH (SIGN UP GENIUS BELOW)

The Bubb Fundraiser flyer is attached.  Please collect as many of these items as possible.  Electronics/cellphones are great for this event. Please share this flyer on your social media.  Many people have old computers/electronics that they need to get rid of.  Our goal is to gather as much as possible for this fundraiser. 


NTCA COLORGUARD SHOW

We will be hosting a Guard Show on Friday, January 20th at Wayside Middle School.  This event can be a great fundraiser for us, but will require all our students and parents' participation.  We will be having a special committee for this event. We have several parents already, but will need a few more.  If you are available to help with this event planning, please respond to this email and I will add you to our committee planning team. 

WINTER FEES - OCTOBER PAYMENT NOW PAST DUE
If you have not already done so, please make arrangements for payment this week. 

We will have sweatshirts available for sale at the last home game on Friday, October 28th.  Come see us.  We will be where the battery warms up.

Dayton Parent Information and Other IMPORTANT Information

Hello Parents, Our kids leave for Dayton in 8 DAYS! The kids have worked SO HARD and have conquered so many obstacles for a young group!  We are SO PROUD!  If you have not been out to see them perform and are not coming to Ohio, I highly encourage you to come see them this Saturday.  It is the NTCA Championships at Burleson Centennial High School. Below is a list of items in regards to Dayton and upcoming events for the year end.  Parent Meeting Thursday, April 12th @ 6:30pm We are having our monthly parent meeting THIS THURSDAY.  We will cover all our regular business and then have a Dayton Travel meeting for all parents.  Please plan to attend so you will get all the details for your students' travel. BDP Important Information

Hello BPD Parents, We had a great weekend at WGI Dallas, placing 3rd for the day and 6th overall in the Nation!  WHOOHOO! This is upcoming week is a HUGE week for us!  Below are the highlights and things that need you as parents to take action on or get involved with.   We have 2 HUGE FUNDRAISERS NEXT WEEKEND that we need all parents to help with. Welcome New Parents and BPD Students, Registration and Drum Camp

Hello BPD Parents and Students, I want to introduce myself to those of you that are new to BPD.  My name is Jessica South.  I am the parent of 1 alumni BPD member and 1 Sophomore member, Aidan South.  I serve as the VP to BPD and on the BOG Booster Board.  I am honored to have been a part of this organization for the last 4 years.  This is a special group of students, parents and directors.  We feel honored to have new faces joining the group.   Below are some important information about the summer schedule.
