I am sorry for the lack of communication as of late.  It is my busy season at work, so it has limited my availibiltity to send out updates.  I did want to send a few VERY IMPORTANT communicaiton pieces for everyone.  Please read thoroughly below:


NTCA COLORGUARD SHOW

WE ARE LESS THAN 6 WEEKS AWAY FROM HOSTING OUR 1ST GUARD CONTEST ON JANUARY 20TH.  

THANK YOU TO NIKKI WEISS AND KELLY SPENCE FOR TAKING THE LEAD ON THIS GOING FOWARD.  

We did meet and with the help of Rayanna Hoeft, created a sign up genius for this event.  It will be expected that ALL Parents and Students participate in this event.  It can not be successful without everyones' participation.  

DUE TO THE BAND'S CHRISTMAS CONCERT ON DECEMBER 12TH, OUR NEXT NTCA PLANNING MEETING WILL BE TUESDAY, DECEMBER 13TH AT 6PM.  
   

LIGHTS ALL NIGHT EDM FESTIVAL

DUE TO LACK OF VOLUNTEERS, WE HAVE WITHDRAWN FROM THIS EVENT. 
Thank you to those that did sign up.  


CALENDAR AND INDOOR PRACTICE SCHEDULE

Mr Spoon has communicated today that our indoor schedule is in full swing.  PLEASE ACCESS THE CALENDAR from boswellpioneerdrumline.com so you are informed.  They are mandatory practices over the holiday break, as well as several mandatory all day Saturday practices.  


WINTER FEES 
  • OCTOBER AND NOVEMBER PAYMENTS NOW PAST DUE
  • DECEMBER PAYMENT IS DUE DECEMBER 15TH 
I will be sending out PAST DUE Statements to ANYONE THAT is more than 15 days past due.  It is becoming very important that fees are paid timely and caught up.  I am paying many bills for indoor and in order to ensure we will be funded to get our kids to Dayton, 
all families need to pay according to the fee schedule.  All bills are paid prior to March, therefore, all fees must be collected by then.

BPD SWEATSHIRTS

We do have BPD sweatshirts available for sale!  The weather in Dayton is questionable, so if you would like one, let me know and I will also have them at our December meeting.


Next Parent Meeting, Tuesday, December 13th at 6:30pm (This will be following our NTCA planning meeting)

Hello BPD Parents, We had a great weekend at WGI Dallas, placing 3rd for the day and 6th overall in the Nation!  WHOOHOO! This is upcoming week is a HUGE week for us!  Below are the highlights and things that need you as parents to take action on or get involved with.   We have 2 HUGE FUNDRAISERS NEXT WEEKEND that we need all parents to help with. Dayton Parent Information and Other IMPORTANT Information

Hello Parents, Our kids leave for Dayton in 8 DAYS! The kids have worked SO HARD and have conquered so many obstacles for a young group!  We are SO PROUD!  If you have not been out to see them perform and are not coming to Ohio, I highly encourage you to come see them this Saturday.  It is the NTCA Championships at Burleson Centennial High School. Below is a list of items in regards to Dayton and upcoming events for the year end.  Parent Meeting Thursday, April 12th @ 6:30pm We are having our monthly parent meeting THIS THURSDAY.  We will cover all our regular business and then have a Dayton Travel meeting for all parents.  Please plan to attend so you will get all the details for your students' travel. Welcome New Parents and BPD Students, Registration and Drum Camp

Hello BPD Parents and Students, I want to introduce myself to those of you that are new to BPD.  My name is Jessica South.  I am the parent of 1 alumni BPD member and 1 Sophomore member, Aidan South.  I serve as the VP to BPD and on the BOG Booster Board.  I am honored to have been a part of this organization for the last 4 years.  This is a special group of students, parents and directors.  We feel honored to have new faces joining the group.   Below are some important information about the summer schedule.
